Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

i. Shirts, Made-To-Order (MTO) & Gift Cards : Non-refundable
ii. Other Merchandise : Refundable

To be eligible:

Refundable merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of order receipt if they remain in their original condition/packaging and are accompanied by proof of purchase. Merchandise must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking size) or washed or altered. Refunds will only be made against the credit or debit card used in the original purchase of the merchandise.

Please note that made-to-order (MTO) merchandise are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless in cases of damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied merchandise, or merchandise subject to an order cancellation. We cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit; please use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: To initiate a return please email our Customer Service at carro.apparels@gmail.com include (name, email, contact no. and order no.) and reason for return.

Step 2: Once customer service accepted return request.
Please proceed to return merchandise in their original packaging alongside your order reference to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation
If we receive your cancellation request prior to i) refundable merchandise being dispatched or ii) non-refundable merchandise being processed then you have nothing more to do; we will cancel the order and refund payment in full to the same card that was used.

However, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched/processed as we endeavour to process orders immediately.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?
When we ship your merchandise, we do our best to make sure that the merchandise are top quality and in perfect condition. In the case of damaged, defective merchandise or incorrect with your order, you will have the choice of return and we will refund you the purchase price and delivery cost when we have handled your return. Please note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
